This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 ½ bath townhome will make your Hawaiian Vacation experience complete. From the moment you and your guests enter this private retreat, you will be amazed by the location and amenities this exceptional home has to offer. Step into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, modern appliances, utensils and all the small appliances you would need to create your dream meals. Or if you prefer to BBQ your fresh catch or island grown grass fed beef, don't worry about searching for the grill somewhere on property because we have a gas grill right here on the lanai in your personal outdoor kitchen. Relax in comfort watching movies with the DVD player on the large flat screen TV, or listening to music on the CD player. When your meal is over, lift off the top of the dining room table and it easily converts to a card/gaming table. Your large Master Suite is located on the main floor and includes a King Size bed. Open the sliding doors and enjoy your morning coffee on the private lanai. Within the Master Suite is the luxurious Master Bathroom, your private tropical oasis. This ceramic tiled area consists of separate walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub, granite counter tops and a walk-in closet. On the privately located second floor, there are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a Queen size bed. For the convenience of your guests, there is also a full bathroom located upstairs. In addition, this home includes a front-loading washer and dryer which are efficiently located in a separate room just off the kitchen, while a half bath(powder room) is conveniently located off the hall on the first floor. Also included for the enjoyment of our guests are two bicycles to explore the resort with, and a collection of beach and surf equipment to make you Hawaiian vacation complete are located in the outside storage closet next to the garage.Outside parking is available for guests, the garage contains the owners personal vehicle and is unaccessible. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is an exclusive gated community located on the beautiful Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. The quiet 20 acre grounds are located along the 4th and 12th holes of the world renown Francis H. Brown North Golf Course. The Fairways is centrally located in the Mauna Lani Resort, just a short walk away from the Shops at Mauna Lani, which include Foodland grocery store, Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and many other shops and galleries. The Fairways is in an ideal location in the Mauna Lani resort. Right in between the Petroglyph Park/Fairmont and the Mauna Lani Shopping Center. Walking to both is a breeze. We loved our walks to the ocean front trail for the gorgeous sunsets. The grounds in the Fairways are beautifully maintained and the pool is wonderful, including the hot tub. Though there is not a territorial view, the neighborhood common ground is lush with Hawaiian landscapes, plenty of shade around the unit and pool and good security. The property owners had a completely furnished unit with everything we needed for our stay. And importantly it had great AC and overhead fans in every main room. It was easy to cook at home and we enjoyed grilling and eating on the patio. The little workout room had what we needed for extra fitness, but a sign-up was needed because of its size. We so appreciated the beach equipment and big fluffy beach towels. Our easy drive to the Beach Club was always rewarded by great ocean swims & snorkeling, including the enjoyable walking trails to the fish ponds and the beach front of the lovely hotel. It’s a 20 minute walk to food-land and Tommy Bahama, and 20 minute walk to the Mauna Lani Fitness Center. The house came with bikes and my boys would ride to the gym. It was also close to our favorite golf courses. We had to contact the manager for a missing supply and he responded immediately. I highly recommend this property! ##### DeEtta G. G. Large bed and bathrooms. Korby was very responsive throughout our stay and Hawaii Luxury Real Estate was proactive to notify about the Hawaii fires, which happened just before we arrived. Several great beaches a short drive away including the Beach Club. Fairways is a gated complex and near the pool is a modest fitness center you can reserve. The condo had lots of space for 3 couples and was very well-stocked including laundry pods and many pay-it-forward kitchen items. The garage closet included beach chairs and snorkel gear. This condo is really nice and the A/C was especially nice. Loved having all the comforts of home, including a washer & dryer. The walk to the pool is very short and I like that it had a covered area for sitting. I do wish there were closer meal options but there are some - just be sure to make reservations well ahead of your trip. We only went to the beach club once because it was really crowded. Mostly we were at the pool or out sightseeing. Enjoyed evenings on the lanai, watching the occasional mongoose sneak by. There was a friendly cat that liked to visit us and my kids loved that. ##### Trista O. This I'd the first time we rented at the fairway. The location is great and the condo is very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with oil, spices, and condiments. The beds are comfortable. The condo was spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and in a perfect location to enjoy the lanai and pool. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking and BBQ. This is a great location, close to the Fairmont Orchid, Mauna Lani and a small shopping center with an excellent grocery store. The beach club was a short drive away and the beach chairs, umbrellas and other equipment was a bonus.
