"This is an excellent hotel for catching an early flight, as it is just a few minutes walk to KL airport. The hospitality is top notch, as they pack all the guests to- go breakfast when they can't catch the free breakfast window. We had their Nasi Lemek lunch boxes which were very delicious."

(Spoke to Sha & Ms. Neo) The hotel refused to refund any of the costs when contacted by hotels.com. Don't stay here."
