"Great for going to Seaworld, everything else is average. Quite old fashioned, could do with modern makeover. One complaint I have is that the price of 3 years child is not added to the total price when making booking. It's not only until after paying for the reservation that I receive an email from the hotel that there is an extra charge for 3 years old child. This is totally unacceptable, I am ok for this extra charge but this should be noted in advance, not after I have paid the non-refundable...

"使ったことがないホテルで、息子や孫たちと言ってがっかりさせてしまったら、と心配してきてみれば、4～5階のメゾネット式の十分に広いお部屋で、雰囲気も良くて、息子や孫も大喜びでした。お風呂も素晴らしくて、食事はしなかったのですが朝お風呂に行く時とてもいい匂いがしていました。全体的にとても良かったです。近くの海でサーフィンの大会をやっていたので見たかったのですがあいにく駐車場が満杯で停められませんでした。残念。"

"Overall the stay was good. The room did not have a shower or bath and I realized it after booking a room “with toilet”. The concept seems that they rely on people going to the public bath located on the first floor and seventh floor for showering and bath. There is a room without toilet, too. So, be sure to select a room with a toilet and shower box if you can. The location is 22 minutes by foot from Awa Kamogawa Station, but you can simply take a cab, about 650 to 850 yen. Breakfast...

"Ocean view was great & hotel staff very polite, friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. Sadly, hotel has seen better days. Our room was very run down & tatty-paint peeling from walls, large damp patches on walls, rusty towel rail...smell from toilet & bathroom very unpleasant. We were booked in for two nights but left after one! Disappointing."
