**Professionally Managed Property locally by Après Vacation Homes**

This beautiful three-bedroom 2 level townhome in Park City is the perfect retreat, whether you are hitting the slopes or just relaxing in the mountains. Less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Park City, you can easily access all that town has to offer. Also, a quick walk to nearby Black Rock Mountain Resort featuring Overlook Restaurant and On the Rocks bar for amazing views of the mountains and lake!

The entrance to this luxury home is on the main level, which features the kitchen, family room, laundry room, and master bedroom. The best part is the sweeping view of Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts. Kick back on the reclining couch or reclining chair and watch the 75” TV with DirecTv. Meal prep is easy in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel JennAir appliances, oven, dishwasher, a side-by-side refrigerator, and the convenience of a gas grill on the upstairs balcony! The laundry room is just off the kitchen along with access to the two-car garage. The main floor also features a half bath.

The main level master bedroom has a king bed and easy access to the balcony, along with more views of the picturesque mountains. There is also a large wall-mounted TV with DirecTv. The en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, a separate bathtub and shower, plus a walk-in closet.

Downstairs you'll find the family room with a 65 inch LED TV with DirecTv, wrap-around reclining leather couch, and access to the patio. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms; one with a Queen bottom/Full top bunk-bed and a TV with Roku. The second has twin over twin bunk beds along with a desk and desk chair plus a TV with Roku. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with dual sinks and a large bathtub/shower combo with a door separating them from the rest of the bathroom.

Après Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). If a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in.
