"I think the cleaning lady on the 7th floor turned on the light which showed no cleaning needed. I asked her the next morning to clean. She changed the towels but did not even clear the garbage bin in the bedroom. Again, she turned on the switch which showed on the outside that no cleaning is needed. As well, the dust behind the bedroom garbage bin has been accumulated for a while. "

"The location cannot be beat. The hotel is located close to Victoria Harbour, lots of shopping and restaurants, and easy to get around Kowloon and to get over to Hong Kong. Also get the viral Bake House custard tarts 3 blocks from hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the staff are super helpful. "
