"This hotel is just SO tired. It’s actually gross. Maybe because I had a dog they charged me more but then put me in a disgusting room where the caulking is all torn off and everything is just pretty untidy. That being said the staff was nice."

"The patio area was very nice clean. There was no railing to get into the pool so you could not use the pool and it wasn’t heater… no amenities at all, not even soap or shampoo in the shower.. they left a coffee pot, but no cups .. no microwave .. even Motels give you a microwave.. "

They did not report it because we don’t want anyone in our room, but I did let them know at checkout. They did offer anything in the way of compensation but that’s okay. But for over $800 for 2 nights, I expected everything to work. "
