Arrived very late. The desk clerk was very helpful and did his best since my Portuguese and his English barely existed. He open Google Translate to get us through the check process.

Custo-benefício compatível com o de um hotel do tipo express. Ponto alto foram os cuidados com a higienização dos ambientes em tempos de pandemia e o tratamento dos funcionários. Pontos que incomodaram: ruído do tráfego por se localizar em uma das principais avenidas e o acesso estreito ao estacionamento interno.

As instalações do hotel são boas! Tudo novinho, conservado e higienizado. Cuidados preventivos com a COVID-19 bem observados. Tive experiências bem desagradáveis no restaurante. O atendimento e preparo dos alimentos deixaram a desejar. No entanto, recebi um contato telefônico da gerente que se desculpou, se comprometeu a resolver os problemas e propôs tarifas diferenciadas para as próximas hospedagens. Essas medidas compensatórias chamaram minha atenção para uma segunda chance. Do contrário, eu não retornaria ao hotel.

Gostei muito, o único ponto foram as toalhas que estavam com umas manchinhas e após a limpeza do banheiro se pudessem colocar uma essência para dar um cheirinho, ficaria ainda mais agradável a experiência. Me hospedaria novamente!

A simpatia dos funcionários é impecável, agora a acústica do hotel deixa a desejar. Você escuta toda porta que bate e parece que as pessoas fecham elas com os pés, pq não é possível uma barulheira de manhã. Sem contar a falação alta. Escutamos um casal acasalando, uma gemeção alta. As vagas para os carros são bem estreitas e se o seu carro for grande, coloque no terceiro por serem maiores um pouco. O local do café é bem apertado tb, eles possuem variedades no café da manhã mas dispõem um pires, então todo mundo levanta umas 20x para se alimentar. O ideal era dispor na mesa jarras de suco e de café, é uma louça maior, pães franceses e não pãozinho de santo Antônio. Quanto ao conforto do quarto, fiquei no 1011, casal, com cama Queen. Além da acústica relatada, o colchão poderia ser melhor, estilo D24 com pillowtop. Coberta, só havia uma. O espaço para entrar no box era estreito.
