"This hotel is located right across the street from the Falls Park on the Reedy. The location could not be better for exploring old downtown Greenville and the Reddy River parks. The property is very clean and well kept. Our room was a simple two queen bed space and was pretty large. One gripe with that is that they could have added a sitting chair or small couch so that you did not have to sit on the bed to read or watch TV (there is one desk chair). The rooms have a small fridge, microwave and a clean well stocked bathroom. The free breakfast was good, with a hot egg dish, a meat dish and potatos. A waffle iron is provided as well as pre-made oatmeal and the assortment of breads. A city garage is located directly under the property, which costs $10 per day. There is no parking associated with the hotel. But they do offer a valet service for $18 perday. The city garage is very convenient and it makes it seem that it is part of the hotel. Free parking is pretty rare in any downtown hotel. All of the staff on our three day, two night stay were pleasant and helpful. This hotel is pretty expensive, as are all of the downtown properties. However, I would stay here again "

"Room clean, staff nice, breakfast great, room temp working perfect. Sleep not much. Young kids somewhere near by slammed room doors, you could hear them jumping on beds and running down hall until 11pm. This made my well trained, quiet service dog bark a warning from 8-11pm. I did not call down to desk. "

"Overall the hotel was nice. We cam because it had an indoor pool. We went down several times with the kids but it was always ice cold. We generally pick hotels that out kids will like so we won't return here. Other than that it was a very nice place."

"The room was clean, comfortable bed. Hot breakfast, close parking proximity and well lit parking lot. The highway noise was exceedingly loud but the AC fan helped cancel some of the noise. "

"Front desk, manager both very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and were very helpful. Breakfast was better than okay but more egg and meat selection is needed. Room was clean and no complaints."
