We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Puerto Valdés! The location was perfect—close enough to walk to all of the major landmarks and attractions in Viejo San Juan, yet tucked away just enough that it never felt overcrowded or noisy.
The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. They were always happy to answer questions and offer recommendations, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself was very well maintained. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the overall comfort of the property. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the next time we’re in Puerto Rico. Highly recommend Hotel Puerto Valdés to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay in Viejo San Juan!
