"The location is famous; is safe, and clean, however my appointment was not ready nor clean, the air conditional was not working(for a couple of hours), the hottub was does not gets hot and after it was clean per my request, it was still durty. The apartment is big, spaces, modern, but its need some work. The worse part is that when we arrived my husdman and 3 children the reservation was not existen, beacuse the property doesn’t regularly check reservations made buy Hotel.com, we were lucky that...

"Staff super friendly . Different food options drinks station thru out the property. The beach area super clean with a safe are for the little ones . Will definitely be back to this resort . You can leave your stuff while in the water and don’t have to worry about people taking your stuff . Will definitely let people know about this resort . "

"People were great. Entertainment was fun. The pool was clean but had leaves and flies that would fall in at times I felt it should’ve been cleaned more often seems like they clean it every morning but it was crazy dirty I just have OCD. Food was good some days better than other. "
