"Only the service elevator was working so no means to get up to third floor rooms without a staff member engaging the service elevator. Very odd set up that we could walk up to second floor but not to the third floor."

"Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. "First time staying at Lord Baltimore and if I ever return to Baltimore I will be staying again. The valet really gave us some peace of mind. So nice not having to worry about parking! The room was fairly clean and simple. It was just what we needed for our 1 night stay though! The lobby is lovely. So much history. Definitely would return"
