« Great location close to the river and a quick drive to metropolis and not too far from garden of the gods. Loved our stay, the neighborhood was nice and quite. Would definately again. »

« It looks like a old Days Inn inside and out. The room was recently painted up to the ceiling, the bathroom light / fan fixture in the ceiling needs a good soak and clean or replacement. The room has a 17" ? TV, mini fridge and microwave, but did not have a coffee maker or a hair dryer. The floors needed mopped, they were sticky. The 2 queen beds were comfortable enough, although they both squeak when one moved. We were on the first floor, and were able to park right in front on our entrance...
