"The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains. We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized. We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes. There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice). There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas. The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished. Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!"

"Le personnel du matin.(à l’accueil ) Nous faisions la queue pour montrer dans la navette gratuite pour l’aéroport (groupe de 7) sauf qu’un client est arrivé après nous dans le hall mais a voulu monter en 1er dans la navette. Nous ne parlons pas anglais mais on a eu l’impression que l’on était pas prioritaire. Alors que nous étions arrivé juste après un groupe de 4 personnes. Nous estimons que la politique voudrait que ce soit ainsi 1er arrivée et 1er servi et non que la barrière de la langue nous rétrograde même si nous avons pu prendre la navette cela a gâché le bon moment et le confort de la chambre de l’hôtel. "

"La chambre était grande et spacieuse, le lit très bien. Par contre impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres dans cet établissement et notamment dans la chambre. Obligé de mettre la Clim pour refroidir la chambre en pleins hiver, de ce fait air ambiant très assèché qui nous a rendu malade. Les installations sont correctes. Le petit dej’ est très basique, pas vraiment de choix et de basse qualité."
