Our first room’s toilet did not work , they moved us . The second room was hot and the air wasn’t working that well . The pool was very cloudy and dirty. The staff was amazing and kind. They did not have any access to water or ice on any floor because of maintenance issues . We needed to do laundry but the front desk did not have enough quarters , the next morning our air condition started smoking and filled the room. We went to the front desk immediately to tell them . They called maintenance right away . The lady at the desk wanted to give us a credit but she says we booked through Expedia so I have to contact Expedia . Can you help me with getting a refund or partial?

The room we had was awful, the moment I entered the room it was humid and hot even the air conditioner was at 70 F (21 C). I lowered the temperature to 54 F (12 C) and left it overnight, the temperature and humidity hadn't changed at all. I called the front desk and the receptionist told me that someone would come and check it, but no one came. The temperature in the corridors was cooler than in our room. Breakfast was included but don't expect much. What's very efficient is that public transport (bus 320) was right next door. This took us directly to the PAT (Time Square). In short, I recommend this hotel to those on a tight budget, but let's hope your rooms don't have this problem.

Stay was good. But no ice machine. No drinking water bottle fill-up station. I smelled smoking by someone else in my room couple of times. But since I was about to leave hotel room I didn't bothered. But could be troublesome for anyone due to smoking by someone else.
