The rooms have the AC system from 30 years ago, doesn’t cool the room, even doesn’t show the temperature. Even we were not on the high 90s temperature days but was uncomfortable sleeping there, rooms are pretty warm. It doesn’t have any thermostats, it has like 3 setting cool, high and low. The Gym is a very small room has one treadmill and one bike they are super old, even don’t turn on. The breakfast area is super hot. No public transportation nearby. They have shuttle but paying for Uber is the same as Shutle.

We like this place for convenience and location. This is the second time we stayed here. 1st time was great. This time there were rust stains in the shower. The hair dryer didnt work. Big stain on pillow case. Little things...but still not good.

Very outdated hotel, staff was ok. Breakfast was as plain as can be. The room we stayed in, the rug was wet from the leaking AC unit. One of the beds didn’t even have sheets, comforter or pillows when we arrived. Never again…

The cleaner they use to clean the rooms is way too strong. I’m assuming Fabuloso, but it made us nauseous the entire time and my clothes all reeked like it when I arrived back home. Probably not safe to breath that in with no ventilation in the room. The TV also didn’t work at all minus one channel.

We checked in late at night without issues. Family of 6. Beds were comfortable. Pull out couch bed was better than most as mattress was thicker and clean- looked new. No silverware in kitchenette. Breakfast was limited to coffee, waffles, bread, bagels, pastries and cereal. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Easy drive into Manhattan.

The property smelled strongly of mildew that was attempted to be masked under an extremely pungent cologne-like air freshener that made us nauseous. There were stains on literally all of the furniture, holes in the bedding, bugs in the bathroom, and rust on the tubs. We left immediately upon arrival and just paid for another hotel out of our pockets because it was so awful.
