"I have stayer here before and really liked it but this time the unit I was given had damp carpet, smelled musty/smoky, the vi ny coating on the floor of the shower was missing chunks and some of the silverware was bent. The quality was not as before."

"Super welcoming to pets! We were greeted with so much information and it felt great getting a locals opinion of hikes and all the details you could imagine. The rooms were cozy and perfect! The family and pet park in the back is large and they have a fire pit which we took full advantage of. This is definitely a must-stay every time we visit! "

"Great place to stay and price was good especially for Sedona and all of the amenities. Free shows at night and fun playing mini golf. Great accommodations. Only irritation was having to wait in line to talk to a concierge to get a parking pass. Fortunately she knew immediately that I wasn’t interested in being upsold any packages and she just gave me my pass. But had to wait in line 20 minutes just to get it. "

"The cart staff were so friendly and efficient. The trail house staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option. Restaurant and pool staff service was not good. It was difficult to order pool side . They seemed short staffed. Would have to flag them down, repeat missed orders. At the restaurant the hostesses told us to find a table. But then the server told us we needed to see a host. Drinks and food took a very long time. Fish tacos were not edible."
