"Breakfast was very limited "

"Well, it is a new hotel - less than 2-3 years old. As Tru, it is basic. Lot's of families. Lot's of unsupervised children I was looking forward to being able to plug my EV in to charge. Unfortunately - of the six EV charge stations available, three were occupied y non-EV vehicles (of course), and three were occupied by EV that were done charging but apparently the owners felt that the Tru EV Chargers were their oen, personal hone chargers. None of this is the fault of this Hilton property, though. Just people thinking only of themselves."

"Hotel changed owners after I had booked, and I was informed on arrival they did not have breakfast available, which was a major reason we booked here. Hotel is also under construction, which they also do not have on the listing. As most of the area was booked up we decided to stay and we're eventually offered a partial refund. We have not yet received the refund but only checked out this morning. We like that the family suite has room for six people, and it was fairly clean. The bathroom door is a bit awkward, and one of the cabinets was falling apart. We stayed three nights and had no housekeeping. The entire stay, even had to take our own towels down to the front desk to get clean towels. Overall this hotel just doesn't care for true customer service anymore."

"Great hotel but, for the price, the beds weren’t very comfy, the pillows were super flat and it was pretty loud. Staff were all great, especially in the bar. Beautiful view!"
