"The hotel seemed to be very new! The room was very clean and so were the common areas. We were in town for a wedding and the front desk ladies were very accommodating in letting us check in early as we had to be somewhere by 4pm- shout out to Angel for the great service"

"Lovely historic property. Sofas need updating as well as some chairs. Bed was very comfortable and linens were excellent. Shower was excellent. Bathroom needs new seat and small table would help beside sink. Overall we would love to return in the fall."

"This home is great for a large family gathering. We were 31 in total, so rented the cottage next door as well. Great location if you want to spend time in DC or in historic sites around the area. A few of us are horse enthusiasts, so we had plenty to enjoy as well. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable with plenty of seating. With so much table space available, we were able to keep the jigsaw puzzles rolling all week! "
