"First room had not been cleaned after we checked in (bed unmade, trash on floor, wet towels on the couch) so went back to the front desk. Angel was working and sincerely apologized and was so very nice and helpful and gave us a new room with a wonderful upgrade. She turned a bad experience into a good one!"
