I did not appreciate all the acorns dropping from the trees onto our cars. To whom do we send the bill for all the damaged rooves and hoods?I was allowed to have guests, but there was no procedure to register them to allow the guards to grant them entrance.When I was told the code to get in the front door, it left out the fact that you need to push the check mark after the numbers. What's was with the upstairs bedroom not have easy access to a bathroom?? They had to walk downstairs in the dark of night to get to a bathroom? Lame!

This was just perfect for a big family. The house is gorgeous with wonderful views and lots to offer in the area. We were very happy with our stay! They left us a neat little welcome basket and all the amenities needed for a big group. Highly recommend
