"The staff was great! The team at the tiki bar was amazing. The resort is in a perfect area and the room was nice. So glad that there was a fridge in the room. We stayed there for a few days and our room was never cleaned. We even made sure we left early in the morning and come back at night to make sure we didn’t do anything to prevent housekeeping from cleaning and it still wasn’t cleaned. The staff was great to get cleaned what they could and addressed any concerns immediately. The pool was a bit dirty too but nothing the filter can fix."

"Booked a room almost a month ago with a king ,got there and was told no kings available, offered breakfast was pathetic and had to pay for, with many hotels in the area with better room prices and free breakfast , the room itself wasnt bad but seemed very tight, TV had issues as well, I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate"

"Do NOT stay here. There was dried blood and stains in the pillows and bedding, and small hairs and stains on the towels. Everything was just a bit dirty- the drawers had dirt and grime, the lamp had black stuff on the bottom, and the shower was stained. The night clerk lectured me about checking in late even though I called before and was told no problem. "
