Loft (Enclosed): 2 Twin Beds. Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo. When your family won't quite fit in one room anymore, this one bedroom with a loft will give you just the right amount of additional space. You'll find a traditional living and dining area with a fireplace and seating for 6 around the table along with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the mountain views from the deck off the living room. There is a queen bedroom on the main level with a full bath and laundry room. Upstairs in the enclosed loft, there are 2 twin beds and small bath with a shower. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. The condo entry is on the second level of the building w/ two floors inside, accessed by stairs. \*\*Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please contact Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. \*\*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. This place was perfect for our ski week stay. Check in and check out were a breeze and all communication was timely. There is a free shuttle to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort just a 2 min walk from the condo. The kitchen is really just built for one person at a time so that is something to be aware of if you do much cooking. It is fully functional though. The accommodations were great, and close enough to town and the Parks, and yet far enough away to be out of the crowd. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Jonathan G. It was in a great location for us - less than 10 minute drive to Jackson Hole for skiing, but without the steep prices of being right by the slope. It was also convenient to the town of Jackson. Check in was easy, the condo was as pictured, and the views were great.
