"I booked and had confirmation for 2 queens. When i checked in they told me that someone there changed it a few days before my check in, so nothing they could do because they were full capacity. They did nothing to try and make it right and the manager "Stormy" was incredibly unprofessional. We had others staying there as well that had horrible smelling rooms, the solution was febreeze. And many had issues with showers not working so had to use other rooms. I would definitely noy recommend this place and i would sleep in my truck before i ever stayed there again."

We returned same evening, roach remained along with more. They scattered across the dresser. We reported. They stated they informed housekeeping and she signed off. "I am from San Diego CA, and I have been a supervisor for places similar to this just spread out in different communities. I loved it here. It was quite, staff was super nice and friendly. It was clean. I would say just more detailed cleaning if anything needed. It is in need of touch ups. But that is pricey. If you are looking for relaxing and are not picky about every little detail then this place is perfect. If you are looking for Booshie go somewhere else. The price was great. The staff was very accommodating even with my day late arrival. They responded to every email I sent them. They are dog friendly. And I even got a free room upgrade to my surprise. If I ever come back to this area I will be staying here. Thank you to the Lodge staff for making my visit to Texas so welcoming, easy and relaxing. One more thing. The home made inf book was the best."
