There were stray cats everywhere, cat food bowls and plates around the property. There were makeshift grills set up outside multiple rooms. Which, is evident people are living there which is in violation of the fire code. We will be contacting the fire marshals office in regards to this. The motel room were extremely dirty. I went to a casino in Oklahoma and when I returned around 10:00 PM, there were people outside their rooms grilling and drinking alcohol. A large truck was parked directly across from my room making it difficult to park in the space next to my room. I left the location and went to find better accommodations. I finally found a Candlewood Suites in Wichita Falls where I spent the night. This place looks more like a low cost long term rental location than a 8.4 rated hotel. It was renovated but floor was uneven, up and down it went, Bedding comforters were torn. Room was hot, it is in tx, ac was off completely so room got really hot. We were there for one night and were sweaty for long time as it took long time to cool the room. This place suited my needs at a very reasonable price.
