"Pas eu de cadeau d’anniversaire malgré la confirmation de leur part. On a eu une attention pour l’événement mais avec une faute orthographe… pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. On a consommé le mini bar car pas d’affiche de tarif, pensant être gratuit comme nous étions en suite avec accès club. Au moment du Check out la surprise total.
