« 各担当のスタッフ皆さんの対応良し、気持ちよく行けました。 外国の方が多いですが、全く問題ありません。 こちらから話しかけてあげると笑顔で対応いただけて、楽しかったです。 何よりウエルカムコーヒーとソフトクリーム（バニラとストロベリー）サービスが本当に嬉しかったです。（時間制限ありで、14時ぐらい〜16時30分） 到着して、一息つける有難いサービスです。 朝食は種類も多く、全てが美味しい。 野菜新鮮。 ライブキッチンでのおにぎりは具も豊富で本当に美味しい。 まて、同じくライブキッチンのハンバーガーは、自分なりにのアレンジが出来て、これまた美味しい。 朝食は100点満点。レベルは高いです。 温泉は、露天風呂ありサウナありで、ゆっくり入れます。 ロッカーもあるので、ルームキーや貴重品も安心です。 部屋はどこも広い。 ロックアイスも無料で、部屋飲みも楽しめます。 最後に、屋上には必ず行って欲しいですね。 夜、晴れていれば満天の星空が見えます。 流れ星も意外と見れますよ。 昼は昼で、北軽井沢を一望出来ます。 何しろ気持ちがいい！の一言。 ということで、年に数回は行きたいホテルです。 »
