"Will not go back"

"The property is fine for this level of hotel.. much of it was clean and well cared for and it did have a nice feel to it. I think with a modest investment they could improve dramatically. For instance, the first three lights I turned on when I entered my room did not work. Secondly, there was a space heater in the room but the room got down to about 45° that night because it was 34° outside in the morning... I'm sure there was a way to turn on the heater but this was not discussed by the attendant. Lastly, the bed comforter needed to be replaced and had a cigarette burn hole in it. It looks to be 20 or 30 years old... A completely different style. But the place is not without its graces and it was a good price. I just think they need to improve their maintenance and refresh the comforter and make sure that they provide working lights and great instructions for managing the window, air conditioning and heating. Some people like me don't like to run heaters at night so an extra blanket or two would be nice and very inexpensive to provide."
