"It has all the amenities you need but is about as welcoming as an airport. Kiosks, QR codes and screens for everything. I had to fiddle with the TV to find the home page for wifi password (which could have been printed on my check in ticket) but at 9:45am the next day the TV immediately turned on to remind me check out is at 10am and I would be charged if I stayed longer. "It is a very satisfying hotel.Above all, the location couldn't be better. All transportation is convenient and airport limousines are available right in front of the hotel. The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year. "Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "
