We recently stayed at Union Port Hotel, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their exceptional service, politeness, and initiative truly stood out. Special mention goes to Sam, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Sam’s attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable. From carrying our luggage up the narrow staircase to swiftly attending to our requests, Sam made a significant difference. His genuine care and friendliness made us feel welcome and valued. Although the hotel isn't specifically designed for families with kids, the staff made every effort to accommodate our needs. They provided extra towels and drinking water with lightning-fast reception service. The team's proactive approach and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Their exceptional service, particularly from Sam, more than made up for it. We appreciated the staff's efforts to ensure our stay was pleasant and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and hospitality.

Good hotel with great access to tram into all the tourist sites. The manager Sam was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable about Istanbul. Local shops and cafe close to hotel. Great value and would stay again. Couple travelling in their sixties

This hotel is excellent, it deserves a 10 on 5. The staff is extremely helpful. Ask for Atik and Sam. They will ensure you are well taken care of with the right advice on the places to visit. During my first night, I had a minor accident and Sam provided all the necessary first aid. Next day, he even walked me to the tram station to help with an Istanbul pass. Definitely get the pass if you are there for more than 2 days. Atik is always around and he speaks 7 languages. There might be a chance he knows your language. I also took a hammam Atik recommended on my first night. It was reasonable, clean and an incredible experience. The hotel location is super convenient. By the water and short walk to tram station, taksim square, dolambache palace. If you are looking for a convenient location, clean hotel and most friendly people, this is the one. I ll definitely be staying back here on my next trip.
