"Very clean hotel right next to Oita station lots of shopping and food and easy travel but bus or train or foot . My fiance said the onsen was super nice and clean . Checking in and out very easy and fast all the staff super nice and friendly and very accommodating considering I don't speak Japanese. "想像していた以上に音が響きびっくりしました。２階に宿泊される方が23時頃チェックインしたようですが、全くなんの配慮もしていないのかドタバタと走り回り、挙句に飛び跳ねたり……25時頃まで続きました。子供さんがいたら多少は仕方ないと思いますがさすがに酷すぎました。(これは宿側の責任ではないと思いますが…) ２階を予約したかったのですが１階、２階と分かる記載がなかった為、口コミやレビューを見て予想して予約したら見事に１階でした… そしてカーテンが特殊なタイプなので外からまる見えです…どう頑張ってもまる見えですまた非常灯が天井に取り付けられているため、一晩中煌々とてらされ寝れたものではありませんでした。正直今まで色んな所に宿泊させて頂きましたが、ダントツでワースト1です…"

"Great location so close to the station and Buses to sightseeing attractions. The Tourist Centre at the station so helpful with all our plan’s & suggestions. Supermarket and 100 yen shop also at the station. The hotel has great evening drinks free each night & was a hit on our stay trying Sake Whiskey & Wine. The choice of pillows was also welcome & good face creams with lots of choices in the lobby. Our favourite hotel of our trip so far we also enjoyed the fresh choice’s at breakfast each morning and the 200 yen laundry with free dryer was a big bonus."

"It was an interesting concept where guests remove their shoes and place them in lockers at the lobby. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the guest room corridors, was covered with tatami mats, creating a cozy and authentic Japanese atmosphere. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room size was very decent. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary cup noodles. The onsen was one of the highlights of our stay. The public bath was spacious enough and never felt overcrowded. In addition, there were seven private onsen baths available for guests. Free ice cream was provided on the 13th floor, which is also where the onsen is located. Laundry facilities are available on the 7th floor. The washing machines are free to use, and guests only need to pay for the dryer. A complimentary noodle supper is served daily from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which was a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The unique tatami concept, excellent onsen facilities, and thoughtful complimentary services made for a comfortable and memorable experience."

"Dormy Inn is one of my favorites whenever I could afford it is my choice of hotel to stay. Except sometimes their hotel is located a bit further away from train station as my main mode of transportation. Dormy Inn Oita is located right next to Oita station. Their staffs were very friendly. It was a bit rain and as we got umbrella for they day and it was dripping when we brought it back but staff was no problem and grab it from me with smiles. The 2-bed room we stayed was roomy enough for us. Public bath was excellent which was another reason I picked Dormy. Night noodles was good and a good add to have a sweet dream. "
