There is a lot of updating that needs to take place to this property, however. The bathroom is very old and dirty, with lots of mold. We almost daily found cockroaches strolling around the condo. The screened-in porch needs all new furniture, new screens and just overall redone. The property could be fantastic if they just did a little updating and some maintenance. Older and uncomfortable seating in living room and porch. Floor was not clean, while wearing socks they got dirty immediately. Beach furniture was very old and rickety, we chose not to use it. The Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes is beautiful but we would not stay in this unit again, ##### Paul Q. Wonderful location - very easy beach access. I can understand why this property is always booked. Decorations are bright and colorful throughout the condo. The bed's mattress is superb! Kitchen is full stocked with appliances and cooking essentials (like others we left pantry items that couldn't be packed - check out before you grocery shopping. There are PLENTY of coffee filters!) There are also some beach chairs and an umbrella. Great supplements to what we also ordered online for beach supplies. The property management team is outstanding. Tip - pull down on the tub faucet to work the shower :) We can't wait to come back to IOP and hopefully return to this location.
