« The service is excellent. I still have problem with my deposit after checker out on the 3rd of august,I am still awaiting for reimbursement after 18 days,no Word even the desk said not suppose to exced 3 days. Now it's on manager hands after call. No reason the customers has to find out but the responsability of the Hotel administration to handle that. Await and See. »

"Il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes dans la chambre dont j'avais bien spécifié le nombre de personnes. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée le 1e matin et pourtant je n'avais pas mis la pancarte "Do not disturb". Le tapis et les rideaux dans la chambre avaient des taches. Le déjeuner manquait un peu de variétés. C'est vraiment dommage, car je m'attendais à mieux un hôtel de la chaîne Wyndham."
