"I travel to Orange County once a month at least and this was my first time staying at the Hyatt regency Irvine. The rooms are very clean and spacious! Not only did the kids have a blast on the water slides but I cannot say enough about the staff! I’ve stayed at the most elite hotels including the ritz and more and the staff at Hyatt Regancy Irvine treated us like royalty! I will never stay anywhere else when in OC! "

"This was hands-down the best hotel we have ever stayed at! We were in town for a hockey tournament (so traveling with kids). This hotel is extremely family-friendly. They have a cool game room with shuffleboard and a pool table; ping pong table outside near the pool area; very nice pool, with two large propane grills set up poolside (which was so great!). Lots of seating areas around the pool area, including a fire pit area. The hotel was clean, the staff were all amazing. The free breakfast was actually very good every day!! Parking was super easy and convenient (and cheaper than other hotels we had priced nearby). The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to Huntington Beach and Newport Beach (both within approx. 20 mins of the hotel). The rooms all have full-size refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dishwashers. The only downside was that weren’t a lot of options for food within walking distance but there was a burger place that also serves breakfast in the same parking lot and lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes or so from the Hotel (all of which could be delivered via a food delivery service, so it wasn’t a big deal for us). Everyone in our group was more than happy with this hotel and I would recommend it over and over again!! (I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel deserves all the praise. It was THAT good!). "
