"We booked this hotel because the photos made it look clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. When we arrived, it was late and dark, and since we had never been to this location before, we honestly thought the pictures might have been misleading because the front building looked older. However, we quickly realized that the lodging we booked was actually located in the back, and the photos were completely accurate. Our stay ended up being wonderful. Our room was conveniently located right across from the breakfast area, which we really enjoyed. The breakfast had a great variety of options including egg bites, hash browns, make-your-own waffles, coffee, cereal, toast, yogurt, and more. Our favorite part was definitely the waffles! The room itself was very nice. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We truly felt at home during our stay. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. 10/10 — we would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Room had no working heat other than a plug in small heater that ran all night long when the temp outside was -18 it could not get the room temp over 58F. I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds. The glass on the front windows was busted and a piece of wood was in its place which allowed cold wind inside. The room has dust all over the floor. The bathroom and back side of the room had black mold on the roof and there was no functioning smoke alarm. Would not recommend "
