The beds, sheets, pillows were comfy, plenty of hot water, air conditioning units worked fine during the warm days. The dining room could easily seat a dozen people (altho we didn't have that many). The property was very close to downtown to be near restaurants, the brewery, and other businesses. Instructions on what needed to be done while in residence or upon leaving were clear. There is easy parking and additional spaces two doors down for added vehicles. We had six adults and everyone, except Mom & Dad, had their own room. Multiple beds in each bedroom meant that we could have had 4-5 more guests comfortably. Ample table seating, servingwear, utensils, mugs, cookware, and refrigerator space for a large get together.
