"My First time at an Element, I thought they were nicer. Just a basic hotel but very clean. However, very noisy. The floors transmitted noise very loudly and there was an intermittent tapping noise coming from the bathroom that was very annoying."

Only thing, when I arrived I could hear staff talking in the back office and had to wait several minutes for someone to come out and check me in. There was no bell there to ring to get attention. Overall it was a good stay."
