"Just driving up the driveway to this incredible vacation home i knew we were going to have the perfect getaway. The location is ideal, with a view of Lake Huron from the front porch and coveniently situated between Port Elgin and Southampton. The house is spacious, immaculate and has all the amenities you could ask for, and then some! "Overall the cottage is pretty good. It’s close to the beach. It was clean and tidy. Nice to have 4 bedrooms but they were fairly tight with double beds in them. It would be nice to have at least one room with a queen bed."

"Gorgeous new structure. Large great room with lake view. Very private with no other cottages in sight. Plenty of room for our doggies to run although they spent most of the time tethered since they are prone to wander! The beach is quite rocky but again very private so bring the water shoes. The private road in front is great for long walks with plenty of folks walking and exercising. It was a very pleasant experience for all of us and left us many fond memories. Highly recommended."

Right outside the backyard is a nice new playground and park area, which is great if you have small children. The only potential downsides to be aware of is that noise does travel quite easily from the basement unit through the vents.
