« Simply a great place to stay. Rooms are nice. Everything has been modernized. The new breakfast is great. Staff is wonderful. New fitness facility is a little small but equipment is all new and high quality. And the casino is now open 24 hours. When it works out that Charleston is a convenient place to stay, this is the only choice for me. »

« The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells! »

« Looked ok by the photos but upon arriving, the location of this hotel was super sketchy, homeless people everywhere outside and did not feel safe for my family to stay at. Luckily Expedia was kind enough to help us cancel our reservation here and stay somewhere else! »
