Friendly and helpful staff at check-in, comfy beds, blackout curtains, excellent AC, spacious room, fast internet, great shower, and nice (mostly cold foods) continental breakfast with cooked egg options available. Easy access to all modes of transit, with Innsbruck Station a 20min walk, Altstadt Station (with access to the Alpenzoo and Top of Innsbruck) a 10min walk away, and Innsbruck Airport 20-30mins by public transport. The old town is just across the street, and everything is so easy to get to.
