I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel due to being awoken 2 nights in a row after midnight by squealing tire and engine noises from giant trucks doing donuts in the parking lot. Moreover, even after that, the hotel did not respond adequately to the problem (the night manager never forwarded my request for a rebate to her manager as promised; when I eventually did talk to a manager 4 days later, she said the hotel couldn't prevent the parking lot noises until guests complained about them, which is not true and is not good customer service. (You can install cameras and noise monitors to check for monster trucks doing donuts in your parking lot, rather than wait for guests to have their sleep interrupted!). Breakfast was good and cleaning staff was great, but watch out for the truck (and highway) noises and non-responsive customer service. (PS: I called down to the front desk to complain about the truck noises on the second night and was STILL woken up again later at 2am by the same problem.)

This was by far one of our best experiences! The room was so spacious for a family of 5 and the additional sink, fridge/freezer was so nice! It was so clean- which is huge for us!!!! The staff- hands down the best! So helpful, caring and friendly! Definitely will be booking these for future visits!

Property was very clean. Only problem was the thin walls. Could hear people on both sides of our room. They were very loud all night. Called down to the front desk but to no avail. Requested an upper floor but didn't get that either. So much for being a Hilton rewards member.
