« I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside.
The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. There was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. A drop of water landed on my arm. I looked up and...

« The staff were fine. The cleanliness of the room was very lacking. There was a bag of garbage behind the nightstand between the beds and a dirty tissue under the headboard of one bed. There was mold in the refrigerator and food splatter in the microwave. There was a dirty spoon behind the dresser and the drawers had dead insects and oyster crackers. Bought and placed weatherstripping around the air conditioning to help with the draft. »
