"Pros: Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, ab nachmittags auch sonnig. Man kann vom Standort des Hauses die Stadt Inca perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und das Haus war bei Ankunft gut gereinigt worden. Cons: Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind teilweise sehr beschränkt, das alte Haus könnte zudem mal wieder renoviert werden (auf den Fotos sieht der Zustand des Hauses besser aus als er ist). Der Pool ist von der Größe eher eine bessere Badewanne und eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist...

"Pros: Loved the location Loved the peace Loved the swimming pool Loved being in the centre of the island so most things a half hour drive away Liked the design and fittings Cons: Having no AC in the bedroom meant nights were very hot. "Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. "nice reasonably priced hotel in the middle of Can Pastilla and just one bus stop from Alicante Airport... with a courteous and friendly receptionist who made check in easy.. Room was nice and quiet and had all amenities, was spotless and spacious with a sunny balcony. Breakfast was fresh and filling... Hotel is located less than a 2 minute walk from one of the best beach promenades in Mallorca... "

"Lovely hotel, nice breakfast buffet, lovely staff, very spacious room, but pack a sleep mask because if your room is at the front of the hotel all the garden lights mean your room never gets dark. The light bleeds around the top of the curtains and into the room. Also the pillows are very very soft. We liked the hotel but struggled to sleep. "
