Inca, accessible on foot or by bicycle, offers a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and the famous weekly market on Thursdays. In November, you can enjoy the patron saint festivities with numerous festive and cultural celebrations. The location is also ideal for excursions to the mountain, Lluc Monastery, Sa Calobra, Valldemossa, or Puig de Santa Magdalena. If you want to enjoy the coast, in just half an hour by car you will reach paradisiacal beaches such as Port of Alcúdia and Muro Beach. The house has a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, with a depth varying between 1 and 1.8 meters. Additionally, you can enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on the sunny terrace equipped with tables, chairs, and four loungers. For outdoor meals, there is a cozy picnic area with a fixed wood-fired barbecue and a porch with a dining area. There is also parking space for up to three cars. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a comfortable living-dining room and integrated kitchen. Natural stone walls add a charming touch to the atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of utensils, toaster, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker. The space has fast WiFi connection, ideal for those who need to work during their stay. There is also a satellite TV, a collection of books, and board games for entertainment. The house has two cozy bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with wardrobe and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. The 2 full bathrooms have a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. Additionally, the possibility of adding an extra bed is offered upon request. For families with young children, a crib and high chair are provided, as well as practical services such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house is full of charming details that tell the story of the owner, who worked as a shoemaker. You will be able to observe old elements such as a washing table, old photos, and an old typewriter. The property offers an atmosphere of tranquility, and the company of a dog up to 6 kg is allowed at no additional cost. To keep in mind: ETV/625 In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half.
