### Can Pinoi by Rentallorca

This beautiful villa is located in one of the best places in the city of Inca, in a very quiet area and close to the Sant Bartomeu monastery. In addition, from the house you can enjoy the views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site.   
  
Villa "el Olivo" located in the heart of Mallorca will give you a lot of freedom, if you like to move around the island you can do it from here. Regardless of whether you like the beach or the mountains.   
  
A few minutes away you will find the city center, where you can sit in a cafeteria or go shopping in the area.   
  
The villa "el Olivo" offers incredible outdoor space. A large swimming pool (6x3) next to the green garden, cared for by the owner Miguel, who will make your best holidays in Mallorca possible.   
  
When you get out of the pool you can dry your drops of water lying on the hammocks looking at the sun, or if you prefer, you can choose the Balinese bed that you like the most.   
  
Next to the pool you will find an outdoor bathroom and a perfect barbecue to try fresh produce from the market. On the side of the property there is a wonderful terrace with incredible views towards the most beautiful mountains of Mallorca.   
  
The interior of the property will surprise you, the kitchen space is combined with a small living room, everything is designed and equipped so that you do not need anything, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, cutlery, toaster and many more. small details.   
  
Upon entering the living room you will find a small space to work with a Wi-Fi router that reaches the entire house and a large table for family gatherings. In the next room, there is a comfortable beige sofa where you can rest and watch your best series or movies on the flat screen.   
  
From the rooms you can appreciate the great view of the mountains. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bed and one of the bathrooms. On the upper floor you will find three more bedrooms. One of them en suite. The bathrooms are equipped to make your vacation comfortable and complete.

The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on check out. The electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit (0,30 Euro / kWh).
