Free WiFi Welcome to this magnificent rustic villa located on the outskirts of Inca. It can accommodate six people. The house exteriors are spectacular. There is a swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, with a minimum depth of 0.60 m and maximum depth of 1.70 m, seven deck-chairs, a garden, and a ping-pong table. You can also enjoy fresh oranges that you can catch straight from the orange trees planted in the orchard. Foodies will enjoy the barbecue underneath a small porch, and cook delicious dishes. There is another porch with a table and chairs to spend great evenings. The living-dining room and the kitchen are in the same open-plan space. The living room has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing on the sofas while watching satellite TV, reading a book, or simply resting. In the dining area, there is a table with chairs, ideal for enjoying long evenings with family or friends. The gas kitchen is a cozy space separated from the living room by a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped so you can cook just like at home. There is a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. At bedtime, there are three bedrooms, all with fans and electric radiators. Two of the rooms have double beds and one has two single beds. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. In the hallway that connects the bedrooms, there is air conditioning. Llubí is a small charming town located in one of the most beautiful areas in Mallorca, 3.2 km from the house. Just a 20-minute drive away, you will reach the beaches of Can Picafort and Port d’Alcúdia, and within 30 minutes, the beaches of Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor. All these beaches have white sand and crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children, and many water activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. Also, in these coastal towns (Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia and Port de Pollença) you will find a promenade and nice shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. And if what you like is hiking or cycling, there are very interesting and quiet routes to enjoy the island nature. Eine Renovierung ist überfällig. Im Pool sind kleine Kacheln abgebrochen. Der Außenbereich bietet zwar viel "Grün" benötigt aber mal dringend einen Gärtner. Im Laufe der Jahre wurden immer nur Sachen beigekauft. Es gibt 4 unterschiedliche Sorten Besteck, Gläser, Geschirr, Handtücher. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse wurden teilweise mit Schrauben repariert oder sind mind. 10 Jahre alt und einfach durch. Gleiches gilt für die Betten. Selbst ein 20Euro Wäscheständer wurde mit Kabelbinder geflickt. Wir mussten leider mehrmals die Besitzerin vor Ort anrufen und um Hilfe bitten, sie kam auch immer schnell und hat sich gekümmert. Abflüsse waren verstopft, die Spülmaschine kaputt, 1,5 Tage hatten wir kein fließendes Wasser. Die Wasserhähne waren verkalkt und undicht. Eine Toilette war nicht am Boden befestigt und konnte verschoben werden. Das austretende Wasser haben wir mit Aufnehmern aufgenommen. Kurz und Bündig -> keine Empfehlung. ##### Kai U. Das Haus war wirklich in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Außenanlage ist riesig leider ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr naturbelassen hier könnte man neues Spielzeug für Kinder bzw den Platz verschönern. Der Pool ist auch sehr groß. Die Lage ist auch gut man hört ab und an den Zug aber das war es auch. Alles in allem können wir das Haus weiter empfehlen. ##### Marcel T. Wir waren Anfang April dort. Da wir mit einem Baby gereist sind, war das Haus ein bisschen zu kalt für uns. Außerdem fehlt jegliche Grundausstattung, kein Salz, kein Öl, kein Spüli (!) etc. Auch der Gasherd funktioniert nur mittelmäßig. Die Außenanlage ist aber super schön, insbesondere unsere älteren Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Spielen und wir konnten schön vor dem Haus sitzen und entspannen. ##### Eugen G. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The large garden surrounded by orange and olive orchards was wonderful to relax in, and the pool was a godsend in the heatwave we experienced. The villa is in a quiet, non-touristy part of the island. We enjoyed the tranquillity of the location and being close to the real life of Mallorca, but the beaches and tourist destinations were easily accessible when we wanted them. The friendly owners were on hand for anything we needed but otherwise left us to enjoy a peaceful holiday. ##### Michael C. B. bis zum nächste Ort (Llubi) lässt sich per Spaziergang (ca 2,6 km) erreichen. Zum Meer per Auto in 25 Minuten (Muro). Das Gelände ist sehr großzügig und umgeben von Orangenbäumen, was einen sehr besonderen Duft in der Luft ausmacht. Pool ist zur Abkühlung groß genug. Das Haus ist ebenfalls großzügig für 6 Personen und mit allem ausgestattet, was du als Familie brauchst. Der WLAN-Anschluss war nicht zuverlässig - mobile Daten lassen sich aber empfangen. Flugzeuge überqueren leider zu bestimmten Tagen auch häufig das Gelände z. B. am Wochenende. Uns störte dies nicht so. ##### Frank M. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die Finca steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück und man kann tun und lassen was man möchte. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Pool hat auch eine ordentliche Größe für ausreichend Badespaß. Kleinkinder können in Ihm aber nicht stehen, da er schon recht tief ist. Sehr gerne wieder. ##### Marcus H. Restaurant in Llubi in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist Restaurant "la cocina".
