The villa was very clean, has a spacious living area of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with plenty of seating for us all. "Fantastic peoperty for up to 8 people. Spotlessly clean and filled with lovely art pieces and tasteful decoration. So many different types of crockery, games and amenities including essential air con. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and was well maintained. The on site amenities were like having the benefit of a full private spa - with the heated pool, hot tub, hamman and sauna all within the villa grounds A magnificent view and glorious sunsets added to the atmosphere. "A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."

Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained. "My family of five, including three young children, had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful with a great layout (both indoors and out) and lovely view of the sea. The kids enjoyed being able to play ping pong in addition to swimming in the huge pool. We especially liked the proximity not only to Cannes itself but to other nearby towns such as Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne by car and St. Tropez by boat. Great spot for exploring the Cote d'Azure in general!...

"The house and grounds are really impressive and you could look at the view all day House is well equipped especially if you like cooking Pool was a good size and allowed you to cool off when the temperatures rose Drive down from the village took a bit of getting used to but we can confirm it is only a 20 minute walk up the hill and somewhat quicker on the way down Shops and restaurants in chateauneuf are good - check the marche paysant at the base of the old village for local veg produce"

"I took my two daughters there partners and my two grandchildren to the property and it worked perfectly.The house itself is stunning in a wonderful location just outside of St Augulf no more than a 15 minutes walk,it had everything you need for a family with the pool and gardens.The owner Pawel met us at the property to run through everything and then at the end to have a quick once over and was a top man,very helpful and nothing was a problem."

"We loved the location of the house (walking distance to farmer's / product market and a ton of restaurants), pool was excellent and kids used it everyday, and overall the house was clean / well-maintained. The major drawbacks were the cats - at one point there were 3-4 cats outside the house, which made is impossible to hang out there with young kids.
