When we arrived we were already sick and we left we were still sick. We spent most of our 3 night stay recovering in bed. Despite this, the lodge was still our favourite place we stayed in Peru. The staff, particularly Orlando and Jose were very friendly, helpful and professional. They helped arrange a doctor to come and see us. We ate most of our meals at the Quinoa restaurant at the lodge and were impressed with the quality of the food, particularly the guacamole.

Nice peaceful lodge in a very quiet town (compared to Chivay). Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and clean, and offered a heater (quite appreciable). Washroom was large and clean too, a bit cold in the morning, but offered hot water (cooler in the morning though) and a hair dryer. Excellent restaurant and service, and we also enjoyed the pool table there. Possibly lacking TV in the rooms, but that's not what you come to Cañon de Colca for usually... We'd visit again with no...

A great overnight after a long hike down. Food was amazing, good portions. Lots of options to buy extra drinks. Beautiful balcony to sit out and enjoy the canyon. Staff were organized, helpful, despite us not speaking Spanish and they having little English.
