"All the staff were very welcoming and throughout our stay. Even before we arrived, I had called in with a question and Rachel answered the phone. She was very pleasant and I told my husband “ Wow, someone with a personality and very friendly.” When we arrived to check in I asked for an upgrade because we were celebrating our 50th anniversary. She said certainly and also gave us welcome snacks. Just the little things can mean so much to people."
"Was hesitant since it wasnt a big, well known hotel-however, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Everyone was super friendly, that room we got was very spacious as was the bathroom. Perfect for a quick family getaway!"

"Ethan checked me in when I arrived. Initially, I thought the keys didnt work. He not only gave me new keys, he walked to the room with me to ensure that they worked.
He also sent a text later asking me how things were going and if I was enjoying my stay. That's top tier customer service in my book.
The breakfast was amazing! There was one person at the omelet station on Saturday morning and if that were me, I would have been truly overwhelmed. He had the patience of a saint and made everyone's eggs and omelets to perfection. Kudos to him as well. I can't recall his name at this time but he did an outstanding job!!
I truly enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites and when I return to the Tampa area, I will stay here again and recommend this location to others.
