"This home was in a nice location and has a good layout. Communications with the property manager while we were at the property were very good with quick responses. We found the beds to be comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub.With that being said, the overall condition of the wear-and-tear on the home didn't match the price point or listing expectations. Throughout the house, many things were dented, broken or difficult to use (including sliding door to the backyard, sink knob, dryer start button, shower soap/shampoo dispenser, etc). Most disappointing for us was the pool, a primary reason we chose this property. There was a persistent bee issue where a dozen or so bees congregated at the water near the decorative rock next to the entry steps. Bees were swarming to the point where we did not feel comfortable allowing our child to enter the pool. The property manager was responsive and contacted both pest control and their pool service. They said that the hive could not be located and they sprayed, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved during our stay."

"It was very convenient to have a garage for our car. It was such an added bonus to have a washer and dryer to wash clothes during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. Alexander was very easy to work with."

"The host Shirl was amazing and responsive to communicate with. We needed to change the dates of our trip from January to March and she was able to work with us. Checking in and out was very easy.The house is comfortable and well stocked and towels and linens. It is not a new property and it shows in small places but does not affect the comfort of guests. The only thing that threw us off a little was that in photos of the rooms there was a bunk bed situation but IRL there is only one double bed. Luckily one of the people in our party of 6 was willing to take the sofa. BTW the sofas are VERY comfortable to take naps in should anyone find the need. The best thing about this house is it’s proximity to stores and restaurants which are all walking distance or a 2min drive. It is also very close to the freeway. I highly recommend this stay for people visiting the Las Vegas area if you are looking for a chill place to rest away from urban bustle."
