"Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. "We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with everything we needed, including slippers, towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries.
